OFFICIAL SPEAKER & EXECUTIVE BIO
The Strategist & Futurist
Cyber-secret futurist, IT security strategist, speaker, and author. Founder of the Info-/Cybersec, Trends, Buzz & Networking (ITBN) conference. Author of The Imperfect Secret and researcher of digital secrets and AI security. Founder of the Volunteer Cyber Defence Collaboration (KIBEV). Regular guest on TV and radio programs. Executive producer of the film Sight: Extended. For 25 years, a strategic partner of T-Systems (part of Deutsche Telekom) and its predecessor companies.
“I've been working in cybersecurity for nearly 30 years. I try to understand why security still isn't effective enough, and why people and decision-makers so often don't get it. I also explore what this, along with the impact of AI, means for the human and technological future.
I founded the ITBN event, and recently I became a producer of an American sci-fi film, Sight: Extended, because I love sci-fi and video games. You can also find me talking about dessert teas (like Thai tea, which I'm sipping right now) and all things Asia. The Édesmindegy dessert bar on Pozsonyi Street in Budapest is our family business.”

The Imperfect Secret
“Three out of four of our most precious secrets will be completely public. There is no such thing as total security.”
The Imperfect Secret is about the smallest and most delicate asset that anyone and everyone possesses: our secrets. And there is bad news: our secrets are under threat, just when we thought they were in the most secure place that they could possibly be. Something happened, and it is irreversible, and still not fully understood.
After 25+ years as a cybersecurity expert, Arthur Keleti became convinced that the ocean-wide gap between the ordinary reader's knowledge and that of information security specialists needed a bridge. Partnering with social-psychology expert Zsuzsanna Szvetelszky (and featuring “A Bad Day” by award-winning sci-fi writer Mihály Toochee Kovács), he examines where the world is heading:
Should we really share everything with each other? Can a secret service exist any longer, where secrets will remain secrets? In the future, will we know everything about our politicians, company leaders, or the family living across the street? What is a secret anyhow — and why are they so important for us?

“Cannot be any more proud” — Sight: Extended, our movie is finally here
“Today is a big day in the life of two talented movie directors Eran May-Raz and Daniel Lazo. Their first short sci-fi film, ‘Sight,’ acclaimed by viewers and critics, premiered in 2012... Now, after almost ten years later, the pair is back with the full feature, Sight: Extended. I am an executive producer of the movie, and I cannot be any more proud.”

Inside the spider’s web
“If these topics have any common denominator, it is definitely data and data processing. As it was already mentioned earlier in a conversation, ‘data is the oil of today’... Our one-hour talk evolved into a three-hour, spontaneous mini-seminar.” Full interview with András Barna on Commodore 64 origins, the digital immune system, AI, and structured fear.

Arthur Keleti: People have to understand that their activities are being analyzed
“Hackers today are no longer pimpled teens hiding away in basements, but hacktivists who could easily paralyze the smart city’s complete public transport system... However, there is no security without analysis,” says T-Systems Security Strategist Arthur Keleti following his presentation at ISACA about cities of the future and cybercrime.
